The Social Media Outlook roundtable, scheduled for Oct. 14 from 8:00 am - 9:30 am, is part of the Potomac Tech Wire breakfast series that brings together senior executives in the Mid-Atlantic to discuss technology issues in a conversational, roundtable environment moderated by the editor of Potomac Tech Wire. The panel will examine the rapidly changing landscape of social media with a focus on new social media companies, business models, organizational uses, along with predictions and case studies from the panel.

7:30-8:05 am: Coffee in exhibit area (ballroom foyer)
8:05-9:30 am: Program in main ballroom
9:30-10:00 am: Networking in both exhibit area and ballroom

Do exhibitors receive the attendee list?
Due to privacy concerns of our attendees, we do not provide a full list of attendees to exhibitors.

What if we have already purchased tickets to the event?
We will refund the ticket registration if you wish to use one of the free tickets under the exhibitor package for someone who has already purchased a ticket.

Do exhibitors get to speak? 
No, the line up of speakers have already been finalized. All sponsors will be noted at the beginning and end of the program.

What time is set-up?
Set-up will run from 6:45 am -7:15 am. We ask that all exhibits be set up by 7:15 am.

What time is breakdown?
10:00 am

Will there be internet connections at the exhibit tables?
No. We suggest using wireless data card if you need internet access.

Can we set up a booth instead of using the table?
Due to space constraints, your materials must fit on the table (6 ft x 2.5 ft).

What is the exhibitor cancelation policy?
Refund of 50% if canceled 7 days before event. No refund within 7 days of the event.
